A warm-fuzzily structured episode with more frustrated Callie-George-Izzie action/inaction, friendly Dreamy-Steamy bonding, a new intern, Norman from UCLA (you'll recognize him!) for one of the residents, a Meredith-Lexi teamed intubation, and three great cases.
